Exchange & Return Policy


1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request to exchange or return a product within two days from the date of receiving the item by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0533337520 and sending the invoice along with product details. Requests made after two days will not be accepted.


2. Product Condition & Shipping Costs

To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition and unused. The store reserves the right to inspect the item before approving the request.

The customer bears all shipping costs for sending and returning the product—even if shipping was originally free or discounted.

Minimum fees apply: 19 for shipping and 19 for return, or the full shipping amount if higher.

For international returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses and delivering the product to the courier.

If the issue is due to a defect or incorrect order, compensation will be determined by Khaled Halabi Gold & Diamond management.

For purchases made through Tabby, a 2% deduction from the total product value will apply in addition to round-trip shipping costs—unless the item is defective, in which case the store will cover both the Tabby fee and shipping costs (the customer must still hand the item to the courier).


3. Original Condition Requirement

The item must remain in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, gifts, and original packaging intact. A specialized team will inspect the product before approving any exchange or return.


4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds or price differences (if applicable) will be processed as follows:

  • Cash or bank transfer: within 7 business days
  • Credit card, Mada, or Tabby: within 14–21 days


5. Branch Pickup Orders

For orders collected from a branch, customers may request an exchange or return within two days from the order completion date. Requests after this period will not be accepted.


6. Shipping Costs

The customer is required to pay all shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges are not permitted in the following cases:

1. Custom-made items produced according to the customer’s specifications—except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity to the agreed design.


2. Damage caused by improper handling by the customer.


3. Any modifications made to the piece, including resizing or length adjustments.


4. Nose cuffs, lip cuffs, earrings, sets containing earrings, or any wearable items that may affect hygiene or cause sensitivity once worn by another person.


5. Gold Bars or silver bars, bullion coins, and silver riyals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
